Order Processing: Once your order is placed, we will confirm it by email. However, the order is not final until payment is processed and confirmed.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in US dollar currency and do not include taxes or shipping fees, unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Terms
Crowning Confidently, LLC accepts payment through credit card and PayPal. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any additional charges.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). However, processing times may vary depending on order volume.
Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods. The shipping method selected during checkout will determine the expected delivery date.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout based on the delivery address, shipping method, and number of items selected.

7. Chargebacks
Clients are strongly encouraged to contact us directly with any billing disputes. If a chargeback is initiated with your credit card company, you may incur a $50 processing fee, in addition to the full balance of the chargeback amount. Chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services. We reserve the right to seek collection of any unpaid charges, including legal fees, if a chargeback is filed and the matter is not resolved amicably.
