Return & Exchange Policy
International Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments.
Store Credit Only
Returns are eligible for store credit only and must meet the following conditions. The original shipping, protection charges, and taxes are non-refundable. You as the customer are responsible for costs associated with shipping your purchase back to Crowning Confidently.
Return Process
-Returns must be postmarked within 5 calendar days of the delivery date provided by USPS/UPS/FEDEX.
-Store credit will be issued, excluding original shipping fees, protection charges, taxes, and your cost to ship the item back.
-A 20% handling fee will apply to all returns.
-Returns must be in the same condition as received. If an item is returned with visible signs of wear, alterations, or damage, the return will be rejected.
-All returns must be approved by our team prior to being sent back. Items returned without approval will not be processed and may be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Eligibility for Return
-Returns must be in original condition with hang tags attached, free from odors, makeup, or visible signs of wear.
-Color differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
-The item does not match the one originally shipped.
-Any modifications or alterations.
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at crowningconfidently@gmail.com. After 3 days, no returns or store credits will be accepted.
Ineligible Items
Items from the Destash or Single Ladies categories, or marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
Refused Shipments
If a package is refused or returned due to failed delivery, a 20% handling fee will apply and the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Original shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
